Elizabeth is a highly experienced massage professional who takes a whole body and mind approach to her work. She pays special attention to the critical link between physical and mental health and creates a personalized approach to enable her clients to feel their best.
Because of this personalized philosophy, sessions take place in the comfort of your own home. In your first session Liz will take the time to get to know you and your goals. She will work with you to identify the places in your body that need the most help. Her approach, which is strongly based in anatomy and decades of understanding, involves a sort of detective process with her hands. Then she gets to work, literally creating space between the tissues to release the tension and energy.

Liz’s name-Lalumia, translates as “lighter of lamps”.
Her process and philosophy is designed to be true to this. She prides herself on a therapeutic experience that will help you to reflect, restore and illuminate your inner light.
